退換貨及退款政策

【顧客須知】

商品圖片與描述  
本店致力於確保網站上所有商品圖片及描述準確無誤。惟因不同相機或手機螢幕顯色有所差異，部分產品說明及規格或未完全詳盡。如有錯漏，歡迎指正，本店保留隨時修正之權利，恕不另行通知。

退換貨政策  
如顧客收到之商品存在明顯質量問題，或所配送商品與訂購內容不符，請於簽收後7天內清楚拍攝問題部分並提出退換申請。請注意，對於因包裝盒合理瑕疵、完美主義者或退貨詐騙等申請，本店將不予受理。

退換貨流程  
收到退換申請後，本店將根據實際情況審核，並保留最終決定權。申請獲批後，顧客需於14天內將商品寄回，並自行付上相關運費。本店在收到退回商品後，將盡快安排退換，但所有運費恕不退還，敬請留意。

退款

本店恕不接受退款服務，不便之處，敬請原諒。

Return & Exchange Policy

【Customer Notice】

Product Images & Descriptions  
We strive to ensure all product images and descriptions on our website are accurate. However, differences in color display may occur due to various cameras and screens, and some descriptions or specifications may not be exhaustive. If you spot an error, please let us know. We reserve the right to make corrections at any time without prior notice.

Returns & Exchanges  
If you receive an item with significant quality issues or one that does not match your order, you may apply for a return or exchange by clearly photographing the issue and contacting us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that applications due to reasonable outer packaging imperfections, perfectionist expectations, or fraudulent returns will not be accepted.

Return Process  
Once we receive your application, we will review it at our discretion and reserve the right of final decision. If approved, please return the item within 14 days at your own expense. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your return or exchange as soon as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
